Industrial Engineer

We are hiring an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing production processes, reducing costs, and improving overall efficiency. You will work closely with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. This is a contract position with a salary of $900 per month. Accommodation will not be provided, but we offer free visa and ticket for qualified candidates.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial engineering
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of Hindi or Arabic is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
- Conduct time studies to determine standard times for tasks
- Create layouts for production lines or facilities
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop new processes or improve existing ones
- Utilize Lean Six Sigma tools to identify waste and eliminate it from processes
- Monitor production metrics and make adjustments as needed for continuous improvement
-Support the implementation of new equipment or technology
-Provide training on new processes or procedures
