Merchandiser


A well-established retail company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays in our stores to attract and engage customers. You will also be responsible for managing inventory levels and ensuring products are displayed according to company standards.

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work part-time
- No prior experience required
- Accommodation provided
- Must have a keen eye for design and detail
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing displays in our stores using product placement techniques
- Ensure products are displayed according to company standards and guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management regarding restocking needs
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer preferences and trends
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization for a positive shopping experience
- Collaborate with other merchandisers and departments to ensure cohesive branding and messaging throughout the store

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous retail or merchandising experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally for stocking purposes
- Familiarity with current fashion trends, product placement techniques, and visual merchandising strategies is preferred.
