We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Merchandiser to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective merchandising strategies to increase sales and profitability. Your main duties will include monitoring inventory levels, analyzing sales data, and working closely with suppliers and retailers to ensure timely delivery of products.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role is required. Knowledge of retail operations and market trends is also essential.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising plans to meet sales targets
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed decisions on product selection
- Collaborate with suppliers and retailers to negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and product placement
- Create visual displays that effectively showcase products in-store or online
- Conduct market research on competitors' products, pricing strategies, and overall market trends
- Communicate regularly with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and supply chain management regarding product availability and promotions
- Attend trade shows to source new products and stay updated on industry developments

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of retail operations, market trends, and consumer behavior
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexibility to travel for trade shows or supplier meetings if needed
