We are seeking a skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our luxury hotel in Umm-Said, Qatar. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department and ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Key responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of housekeeping staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures and standards to maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the hotel.
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies to support housekeeping operations.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas meet established standards.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with other departments such as front office and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare reports on departmental performance and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Housekeeping Manager in a luxury hotel environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment handling, inventory control, and budget management.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
