Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent time management skills

Responsibilities:
- Inspect facilities regularly for maintenance needs and make necessary repairs
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks as needed
- Complete minor carpentry projects such as repairing doors or windows
- Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as required
- Install fixtures, equipment or appliances as needed
- Maintain inventory of repair supplies
- Respond promptly to emergency situations
