Waiter/Waitress - Indian Cuisine

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Waiter/Waitress with a passion for Indian cuisine to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests. Your main duties will include taking orders, serving food and drinks, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by regularly checking on their dining experience
- Handle any customer complaints or issues with professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors
- Assist with setting up tables and preparing the restaurant for opening/closing
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food
- Follow all food safety guidelines

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a waiter/waitress or in customer service role (experience in Indian cuisine is preferred)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods of time
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Hindi is a plus)

Salary: 1100$

Location: Al-Kuwait (Indian nationality preferred)
