equired Office Assistant - Contract (Indian Nationals Only)
We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This is a contract position for Indian nationals only, with a salary of 1200$. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments
- Maintain office supplies and inventory levels
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Prepare documents and presentations as needed
- Organize meetings and take meeting minutes
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
Requirements:
- Indian national with a valid biometric passport
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
