Job Title: Carpenter



We are in need of a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing and repairing structures made of wood, steel or other materials. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$. Indians with experience in carpentry and English speaking abilities are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications and materials required
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, pencils or chalk
- Cut, shape and join materials using hand or power tools
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings and trim
- Repair damaged or worn structures using hand or power tools
- Inspect work pieces to ensure they conform to specifications
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Knowledge of various carpentry techniques and methods
- Physical stamina to handle heavy equipment and materials
- Good understanding of basic math skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Indian nationality preferred
- Willingness to work on a contract basis with accommodation provided
