Merchandiser
As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing effective merchandising strategies to promote and sell products. You will work closely with the sales team to analyze market trends and customer preferences, and use this information to develop effective product displays and promotions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify customer preferences and trends
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop product promotion strategies
- Plan and design attractive product displays that align with brand image
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of products
- Negotiate with suppliers for optimal pricing and discounts
- Maintain accurate records of all merchandising activities
- Train store staff on product features, benefits, and selling techniques
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role
- Experience in market research and trend analysis
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of retail industry trends
- Attention to detail
Salary:
1600$ per month

Al-Khor, Qatar
Note: Preference will be given to Indian nationals. This position includes free visa sponsorship and ticket for selected candidates.
