Experienced Barista


We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our team at a bustling coffee shop in Doha. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages according to customer preferences
- Ensure quality control by measuring and grinding coffee beans, monitoring brewing temperatures, and adjusting equipment as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking accurate orders, and making recommendations based on knowledge of our products
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including the service area, equipment, and seating areas
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of different brewing methods and latte art is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluency in other languages is an asset)
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
- Friendly demeanor with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Must be able to obtain or have a valid biometric passport for employment in Qatar
