Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Ar-Ruwais, Philippines
We are a leading company in the oil and gas industry, currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Philippines. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our team of managers and executives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for managers and executives
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, presentations, and minutes
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Handle incoming calls and emails and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Process expense reports and invoices
- Assist with organizing company events or meetings
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, photocopying, scanning, etc.
- Ensure all office equipment is maintained and in working order
Requirements:
- Filipino nationality preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative role preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
