Indian Chef in Mecca, Saudi Arabia



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Chef to join our team in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for creating authentic and delicious Indian dishes for our customers. You will also be responsible for managing the kitchen staff and ensuring that all food safety and hygiene standards are met.

Responsibilities:
- Create traditional and modern Indian dishes according to the restaurant's menu
- Ensure that all food is prepared with high quality and in a timely manner
- Manage the kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies and maintain a budget
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen at all times
- Collaborate with other chefs to develop new menus or dishes
- Adhere to all food safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Indian Chef or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Ability to create both traditional and modern dishes with a creative touch
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Good communication skills to work with other chefs and kitchen staff
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this position.

City:
This job is located in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. We are looking for candidates who are currently residing in Mecca or willing to relocate.

Nationality:
Preference will be given to candidates of Indian nationality.
