Indian Chef in Mecca

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Chef to join our team in Mecca. As a chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and authentic Indian dishes while maintaining high levels of food quality, presentation, and taste. You must have a passion for cooking and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes according to traditional recipes
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented according to company standards
- Monitor food stock levels and place orders when necessary
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following all sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with other chefs to create new menu items or specials

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Indian Chef, preferably in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
- Extensive knowledge of different cooking techniques and ingredients used in Indian cuisine
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and supervise kitchen staff

Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or relevant field is preferred
