Hotel Sales Manager - Riyadh, Egypt
We are seeking an experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Egypt. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the sales department of our hotel and driving revenue through direct sales, marketing initiatives, and building relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase hotel revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and target potential clients
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other key partners
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the hotel
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel sales or a related field
- Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
- Must have a biometric passport for easy travel
