As an Entry-Level Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays and ensuring products are consistently stocked and organized. Your main goal will be to increase sales by promoting products and creating a positive shopping experience for customers. You will work closely with store managers and sales teams to implement merchandising strategies that align with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain product displays according to brand guidelines
- Stock shelves and rotate products to ensure freshness
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management about restocking needs
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper placement of products and correct any issues
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and preferences
- Use marketing materials to promote products and increase awareness
- Communicate with store managers about sales trends and customer feedback

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in retail or merchandising is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
