Concierge Assistant: Al-Rayyan, Qatar
We are seeking a friendly, organized and efficient Concierge Assistant to join our team at a luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting guests with any inquiries or requests they may have during their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel's services and facilities
- Assist guests with their luggage and escort them to their rooms
- Handle guest requests such as booking reservations, arranging transportation, or providing recommendations for local activities and attractions
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area
- Communicating any issues or concerns to the Concierge Manager
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role preferably in the hospitality industry
- Fluent in English, Nepali language skills are an advantage but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and events in Al-Rayyan area
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of 1000$ per month along with accommodation provided by the hotel. Visa sponsorship is also available for non-Qatari nationals. This is an urgent position so candidates who are currently residing in Qatar will be given priority.
