Concierge for a Luxury Hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar


We are seeking a friendly and professional Concierge to join our team at a luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As the first point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable. This is a contract position suitable for foreigners with fluency in English and no prior experience required.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Arrange transportation, tours, restaurant reservations, and other requests as needed
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain knowledge of current events, attractions, and restaurants in the area
- Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure guest needs are met
- Keep lobby area clean and presentable at all times

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options is preferred
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Visa sponsorship and accommodation will be provided for qualified candidates
