Job Title: Office Assistant - English Speaking (Contract)
A reputable organization in El-Ain is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth running of the office. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and must be fluent in English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Managing office supplies and maintaining inventory
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping duties
- Organizing and maintaining filing systems
- Liaising with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Performing general office duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Must have a valid visa for working in El-Ain
- Pakistani nationality preferred
