Office Assistant in Salalah, Oman
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Salalah, Oman. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our office operations and contribute to our overall success.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office staff
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Maintain filing systems and databases
- Order office supplies and ensure stock levels are maintained
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail is a must
- Knowledge of office equipment such as printers, copiers, and scanners
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred:
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
- Experience working in a multicultural environment
- Familiarity with Arabic language is a plus
Salary: $1400/month
