Security Analyst



We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Security Analyst to join our team in Jeddah. As a Security Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing security systems, identifying potential security threats, and implementing appropriate measures to mitigate those risks. This is a contract job with a salary of 1000$ per month, and we welcome applicants without experience who have a biometric passport.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor security systems including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other security tools.
- Analyze security logs and network traffic to identify potential threats.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify weaknesses in our systems.
- Implement security policies and procedures to ensure the protection of company data.
- Investigate security breaches and provide recommendations for remediation.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices in cybersecurity.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- Proven experience as a Security Analyst or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, antivirus software, etc.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards (e.g. GDPR) is preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required.
