Sales Manager - Abu Dhabi
We are a dynamic and rapidly growing company, seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue. You will lead a team of sales professionals and work closely with other departments to ensure the success of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Manage the sales team, providing coaching, training, and support to help them achieve their targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision making
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure the success of our products and services
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in the industry
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
