Egyptian Chef in Doha, Qatar

We are seeking a talented and experienced Egyptian Chef to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing authentic Egyptian dishes for our restaurant. Your main goal will be to exceed customer expectations and ensure the highest quality of food is served at all times.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook traditional Egyptian dishes with attention to detail and presentation
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service
- Monitor food stock levels and place orders when necessary
- Train and supervise kitchen helpers and apprentices
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow health and safety standards at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Egyptian Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant
- Deep knowledge of Egyptian cuisine, cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavors
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate staff
- Attention to detail and creativity in plating dishes
- Fluent in Arabic is preferred but not required

Salary: $1100 per month

Location: Doha, Qatar (accommodation provided)
