Construction Project Coordinator

As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects in Al Buraymi. Your main duties will include managing project timelines, budgeting, and ensuring quality control throughout the construction process. You will also be responsible for liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth communication and project progress.

To excel in this role, you must have strong organizational and time-management skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. A keen eye for detail and excellent problem-solving skills are also essential in order to address any issues that may arise during the construction process.

As an English-speaking job, proficiency in written and spoken English is required to effectively communicate with clients and team members from various backgrounds. Fluency in Hindi or other Indian languages is preferred but not mandatory.

Candidates must have their own valid visa for working in Al Buraymi or be willing to obtain one independently. This position is open to all nationalities; however, preference will be given to Indian candidates.

In this role, you will work closely with the Construction Manager to ensure successful project completion within set timelines and budget constraints. You may also be required to travel occasionally within Al Buraymi or other parts of Oman for site visits.
