We are in search of an experienced and creative Pastry Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Muharraq, Bahrain. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and designing delicious desserts, pastries, and breads. You must have a passion for baking and possess strong leadership skills to lead our pastry team.

Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the production of all pastries, desserts, and breads
- Creating new and innovative recipes while also maintaining classic favorites
- Maintaining inventory levels and ordering necessary supplies
- Ensuring all food safety standards are met and maintained
- Training and supervising pastry staff to ensure high-quality products are consistently produced
- Collaborating with other chefs to create cohesive menus that complement each other
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and incorporating them into menu offerings

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
- Culinary degree or certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of different pastry techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop new recipes while also executing traditional ones flawlessly
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate staff to maintain high standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this position.
