We are in search of a talented and creative Florist to join our team in Nairobi. As a Florist, you will be responsible for designing and creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and special events. You will also be responsible for maintaining the inventory of flowers and supplies, ensuring their freshness and quality. The ideal candidate will have a passion for flowers and an eye for design, along with excellent communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing unique floral arrangements according to clients' preferences and budget
- Arranging flowers in vases, bouquets, wreaths, and other decorative pieces
- Selecting the freshest and highest-quality flowers from suppliers
- Maintaining inventory of flowers, plants, and other decorative materials
- Communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations
- Creating proposals for weddings or other large-scale events
- Providing exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or issues promptly
- Ensuring all orders are completed on time while maintaining high-quality standards
- Maintaining a clean work environment at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Florist or in a similar role is preferred
- Passion for flowers and floral design
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care instructions
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
Salary:
We are offering a salary of $1000 per month based on experience.

Location:
This position is located in Nairobi, Kenya.

Working Hours:
The working hours are Monday through Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm. Some flexibility may be required for special events or peak seasons.

Accommodation:
This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must be able to provide their own housing in Nairobi.
