As a Puncher, you will be responsible for punching holes and notches in various materials using specialized tools and equipment. This physically demanding role requires strong hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to work with precision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate punch presses and other machinery to punch holes in materials according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints or drawings to determine hole placement and sizes
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required standards
- Troubleshoot machine issues and perform routine maintenance as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Puncher or in a similar role preferred
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Knowledge of basic math skills for measuring and marking materials

Location: Nairobi, Kenya (open to Canadian applicants)
Salary: $1000/month (negotiable based on experience)
