Job Title: Handyperson

As a Handyperson, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in both residential and commercial settings. You will use your skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general handiwork to ensure that buildings and properties are kept in good condition. This is a contract job with no English language requirement, making it an ideal opportunity for Filipinos looking to work abroad. You do not need any prior experience or accommodation as the employer will provide both. Visa sponsorship is also available for all levels of experience.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as fixing leaks, changing light bulbs, and repairing broken fixtures
- Conduct repairs on various surfaces including walls, floors, and furniture
- Install new fixtures or equipment as needed
- Troubleshoot and fix electrical issues such as faulty wiring or broken outlets
- Repair plumbing issues such as clogged drains or leaking pipes
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies for repairs
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times while performing tasks

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role
- Knowledge of general maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, etc.
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients from different backgrounds
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment or materials when needed

Salary: $1300 per month

City: Bayan (Preference for Filipino candidates)

Employment Type: Contract (with potential for extension)
