Art Director for Creative Agency in Ar-Ruwais, Nepal


We are seeking a talented and experienced Art Director to join our growing creative agency in the bustling city of Ar-Ruwais, Nepal. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing the visual design team, overseeing all creative projects from concept to completion, and ensuring that our clients' branding and messaging is effectively communicated through various mediums.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of designers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality work
- Collaborate with clients to understand their brand vision, goals, and target audience
- Conceptualize and develop creative concepts for print, digital, and social media campaigns
- Design compelling visual elements such as logos, packaging, advertisements, and website layouts
- Oversee production processes to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the agency's creative output

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Art Director or in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Strong understanding of branding principles and design techniques
- Experience working with clients from diverse industries
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluent in Nepali (knowledge of English is a plus)

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1300$ per month. Additional benefits include accommodation within close proximity to our office.
