A reputable restaurant in Lusail, Qatar is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join their team. This position is open to candidates from African or Egyptian nationalities who are fluent in English and have a passion for the food and beverage industry.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining quality standards, and maximizing profits. You must have strong leadership skills to effectively train and motivate your team to provide an exceptional dining experience for every guest.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end or fine dining establishment. You must be able to handle fast-paced environments and make quick decisions while maintaining composure under pressure. Additionally, you must possess exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with customers and resolve any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain standards
- Control costs by optimizing inventory and labor expenses
- Create innovative strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members

Requirements:
- African or Egyptian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Strong leadership skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
