We are hiring an experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to lead and manage our team in Ar-Ruwais, UAE. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff training, customer service, and food quality. Your main goal will be to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant and provide an excellent dining experience for our guests.

Requirements:
- Must be of Indian nationality
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Must currently reside in Ar-Ruwais or willing to relocate

Responsibilities:
- Hire, train and supervise staff members
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to employees
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor food quality and presentation
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies when necessary
