Chef de Cuisine (Medina)
We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Cuisine to join our team in Medina. As the Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, creating new menu items, and ensuring high-quality food is consistently served to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute menus that showcase local flavors and ingredients
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and specials
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage food costs and budget effectively
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Cuisine or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, local ingredients, and flavor profiles
- Ability to lead a team and delegate tasks efficiently
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail with a passion for creating delicious dishes
Salary: 1200$ (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Medina (for foreigners)
