As a Welder in our company, you will be responsible for joining metal parts through various welding processes such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding. You will work with a variety of materials including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel to fabricate structures and components according to blueprints and specifications. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and physical strength.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications
- Set up and operate welding equipment and tools
- Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions
- Inspect welds for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Welder or similar role
- Proficient in MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and understand welding symbols
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail with strong hand-eye coordination
- Knowledge of safety precautions in a welding environment

Salary: $1400 per month
