Executive Chef - Bansko, Bulgaria
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a luxury hotel in Bansko, Bulgaria. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the culinary operations of our hotel, including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end hotel or restaurant
- Extensive knowledge of international cuisine and food trends
- Ability to create unique and innovative menus that appeal to guests from various backgrounds
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a large kitchen team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Develop menus that align with our hotel's concept and target market
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, ensuring high quality and consistency in every dish served
- Manage the kitchen budget, including ordering supplies and controlling costs
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring all employees adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction with their dining experience
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into menu planning
Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position.
Working Conditions:
This is a seasonal job with no accommodation provided. The selected candidate must have their own visa allowing them to work in Bulgaria.
