We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef to join our team at our prestigious restaurant in Plovdiv, Canada. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen and culinary operations, ensuring high-quality dishes and an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and create innovative menus that reflect the restaurant's concept and appeal to a diverse clientele
- Source and select the best ingredients from local suppliers to maintain high-quality standards
- Manage food costs by creating efficient menu items and monitoring inventory levels
- Train and lead a team of kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and other culinary professionals
- Oversee food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation to ensure consistency and top-notch quality
- Maintain a safe and clean kitchen environment by adhering to health & safety standards
- Develop new recipes and dishes that showcase your creativity and passion for cooking

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment or luxury hotel
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized institution is preferred
- Proven track record of creating unique menus that match the restaurant's concept while meeting financial targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Excellent knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1400$ per week along with other benefits. The exact salary will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
