Hotel Manager in Doha, Qatar
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high levels of customer service. This position requires a candidate with previous hotel management experience and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage services, and maintenance
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff to ensure high levels of customer service
- Monitor guest satisfaction through reviews and feedback and address any issues promptly
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the hotel
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in hotel management or related field
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in other languages is a plus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, and customer service techniques
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have a valid biometric passport
