Job Title: Baker


We are in need of an experienced and skilled Baker to join our team in Lusail. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and an eye for detail to ensure that all products are of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes
- Bake breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Decorate and finish products with precision and attention to detail
- Ensure all products are consistently of high quality
- Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
- Handle customer orders and special requests
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Baker in a professional kitchen or bakery
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Attention to detail
- Physical endurance for standing, bending, lifting, and carrying heavy trays
- Good time management skills
- Excellent communication skills (English speaking preferred)
