Welder (Pakistani National) in Salalah


We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in Salalah. As a Welder, you will be responsible for using various welding techniques to join metal parts together, following blueprints and specifications. This is a contract job with a salary of 1400$. We welcome candidates without prior experience as we are willing to provide on-the-job training.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Operate welding equipment and tools such as MIG, TIG, and Arc welders
- Clean and prepare surfaces for welding by removing any debris or impurities
- Set up welding machines based on the project requirements
- Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions
- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality control
- Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear while working
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects within given deadlines

Requirements:
- Pakistani national currently residing in Salalah preferred
- Proficient in English language communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Knowledge of different welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Arc welding
- Familiarity with different types of metal materials used in welding projects
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail with good hand-eye coordination
- Prior experience is not required but a willingness to learn is essential
