Job Title: Speech Therapist

We are seeking a qualified Speech Therapist to join our team in Medina. As a Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with communication and swallowing disorders. You will work with patients of all ages, from children to adults, and will play a crucial role in helping them improve their speech and language skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' speech, language, and swallowing abilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results
- Provide therapy sessions to improve communication and swallowing skills
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to continue progress outside of therapy sessions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and teachers, to create comprehensive treatment plans
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of speech therapy by attending workshops and conferences

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Valid license to practice speech therapy in Medina
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Previous experience working as a Speech Therapist is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with patients of all ages
- Compassionate attitude towards patients and their families
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
