Surveyor for Construction Projects


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our team in El-Ain. As a Surveyor for Construction Projects, you will be responsible for accurately measuring and mapping the land and structures of construction projects. Your main duties will include collecting data, conducting surveys, and creating detailed reports for project planning and execution.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting land surveys using various equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Collecting data on land features, boundaries, structures, and topography
- Creating detailed maps and reports based on survey data
- Analyzing survey data to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies
- Collaborating with engineers, architects, and other team members to ensure project plans are aligned with survey results
- Monitoring construction progress to ensure it follows the surveyed plans
- Providing guidance on land use regulations and restrictions
- Maintaining accurate records of all surveys conducted

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Surveyor in construction projects
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, equipment, and software
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and plans
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in relevant computer programs such as AutoCAD

Salary: 1500$
