Construction Project Manager

Our construction company is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This position is suitable for men with a biometric passport and accommodation will be provided.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and previous experience working on large-scale projects. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process from planning to completion. You will also be responsible for managing project budgets, timelines, and ensuring that all work is completed according to quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules
- Manage project budgets and track expenses
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Oversee subcontractors and vendors
- Communicate with project stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, and suppliers
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the construction process
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality standards are being met
- Maintain accurate project documentation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management software
- Experience working on large-scale projects
- Familiarity with Indian construction market preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
