Baker (Nepali preferred)


We are in need of a skilled Baker to join our team at our bakery in Al Buraymi. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious baked goods such as breads, pastries, and cakes. You must have experience working with different types of dough and be able to follow recipes accurately. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is essential.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Baker
- Ability to work early mornings and weekends
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Nepali nationality preferred

Responsibilities:
- Prepare dough for various baked goods according to recipes
- Bake breads, pastries, cakes, etc.
- Decorate cakes with icing or other toppings as requested by customers
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust settings accordingly
- Ensure all products are baked to perfection and meet quality standards
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
