We are in search of an experienced and skilled Baker to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating and baking a variety of delicious breads, pastries, and other baked goods for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes
- Bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Decorate and finish products with icing, glazes or toppings
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Ensure all baked goods meet quality standards
- Track inventory and order supplies as needed
- Train new employees on baking techniques and procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Knowledge of ingredients and their functions in baking process
- Attention to detail
- Creativity in decorating baked goods
- Physical stamina to work long hours
- Time-management skills
- Good communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month with accommodation included.
