Job Title: Construction Project Manager

As a construction project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction of various projects in Muharraq. This is a full-time position that offers a salary of 900$ per month. We are looking for candidates from all nationalities who do not require accommodation and can be sponsored for a work visa.

In this role, you will be expected to lead and manage all aspects of the construction process, including budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and team management. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing project plans and timelines
- Managing project budgets and ensuring cost control
- Coordinating with architects and engineers to develop designs that meet project requirements
- Obtaining necessary permits and approvals
- Hiring and managing subcontractors
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Conducting site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Maintaining regular communication with clients to provide updates on project status

To excel in this role, you should have strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with different stakeholders. A background in construction or engineering is preferred but not required.

Requirements:
