Waiter/Waitress


We are a well-established restaurant in Dar Kulaib seeking a friendly and dedicated waiter/waitress to join our team. As a waiter/waitress, your main responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Deliver food and drinks to tables promptly
- Ensure that guests have everything they need throughout their meal
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism
- Ensure the cleanliness of the dining area
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed

Requirements:
- No previous experience necessary, training will be provided
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
