Land Surveyor


We are hiring a Land Surveyor to join our team in Dickirch, Luxembourg. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land and other properties. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month, and we are open to candidates from India who can speak English and have a valid work visa.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to determine boundaries, topography, and other features of land
- Use specialized equipment such as GPS systems, total stations, and robotic instruments to take accurate measurements
- Prepare detailed reports and maps based on survey data
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals on projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Previous experience as a Land Surveyor is preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of surveying methods, equipment, and techniques
- Familiarity with CAD software for mapping and drafting purposes
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Willingness to work on a contract basis without accommodation provided
