A well-established gardening company in Nairobi is seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gardening and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general gardening duties such as mowing, weeding, pruning, and planting
- Maintain and care for plants, trees, and shrubs
- Ensure that all garden areas are kept clean and tidy
- Operate and maintain gardening equipment
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific gardening needs

Requirements:
- Previous experience in professional gardening is preferred but not required
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Excellent communication skills (knowledge of English is preferred)
- Must be willing to live on-site (accommodation will be provided)
