Restaurant Manager - Abu Dhabi
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high-quality food and service standards. Your main goal will be to ensure the smooth and profitable operation of the restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and manage restaurant staff
- Create work schedules and assign duties to staff
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback and coaching
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies
- Create and implement marketing strategies to attract customers
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure high-quality food standards are met
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers
Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or business management is an asset
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
Location:
This position is located in Abu Dhabi.
Preference:
This position is open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English. Temporary positions are also available for candidates without experience. Accommodation can be provided if needed.
