We are currently hiring for a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team in Ajman. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks on our company's properties. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$, and we welcome candidates of any nationality.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
- Inspecting company properties regularly and identifying any issues that need to be addressed.
- Responding to maintenance requests from tenants or property managers in a timely manner.
- Assisting with the installation of new fixtures or appliances.
- Keeping track of inventory and ordering necessary supplies when needed.
- Ensuring all work is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of various tools and equipment used in maintenance and repair work.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Physically fit to perform manual labor tasks.
- Valid own visa (sponsorship available for the right candidate).
