Office Administrator


We are a Doha-based company seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. This role is open to Nepali nationals who are fluent in English and do not require accommodation. We offer visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.

As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the administrative tasks of our office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling appointments and meetings, and maintaining office supplies. You will also assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and tracking expenses.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic accounting software is required. This position is open to both men and women.
