Mason Supervisor


We are hiring a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of masons, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of masons in completing various construction projects.
- Ensure all work is completed on time and meets quality standards.
- Train and mentor new masons on techniques and safety procedures.
- Monitor work progress and provide feedback to team members as needed.
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols.
- Collaborate with project managers to plan and schedule work assignments.
- Order materials and equipment needed for projects.
- Conduct regular inspections of completed work for quality control purposes.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason Supervisor or similar role in construction.
- Extensive knowledge of masonry techniques, tools, and materials.
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and plans.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi (preferred).
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in varying weather conditions.
- Prioritization and time-management skills.

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month. The working hours may vary depending on project deadlines.
